What happens if my flight is delayed?

We will wait for you as late as our extended office hours (Until 11:00 PM ). If you cannot make it before 11:00 PM , You need to call us the same day you pick up the vehicle and ask us if are able to wait for you later than 11:00 PM . This is only possible if the rental agent working that night is willing to wait the extra time. Otherwise, we make arrangement so you, be picked up from your hotel the following day.
